We want you to love your FACEGYM results, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on skincare and tools. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original box, ensuring all tools, cables, and manuals are included to avoid a restocking fee.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
